What is the top speed of the Yozma IN10?

The Yozma IN10 reaches up to 40 MPH (about 64 km/h) in the third speed mode.

How long is the battery range on a full charge?

The 48V/23.4AH lithium battery offers a range of 35–53 miles (56–85 km) depending on load, terrain, speed, and temperature.

What rider height is the IN10 suitable for?

Recommended for users 120–175 cm tall and aged 14 years and above.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

With the included 48V/5A charger, a full charge typically takes 5–6 hours.

What type of motor does it use?

The IN10 features a 1200W rated / 2600W peak direct drive brushless motor, offering strong acceleration and climbing power.

Is the Yozma IN10 waterproof?

Yes, it is rated IPX6, which means it can withstand heavy rain and splashes from all directions.

Does it come fully assembled?

Yozma IN 10 comes 90% pre-assembled. You’ll need to install parts like the front wheel, handlebars, fenders, and pedals. We provide step-by-step instructions and video guides, and most people finish assembly in 30-45 minutes using basic tools.

What is the max load capacity?

The Yozma IN10 supports up to 120 kg (265 lbs).

What type of suspension and brakes does it have?

It features front and rear hydraulic suspension (non-adjustable) and disc brakes for efficient stopping power.

Can I buy seperate parts seperately?

Individual parts are not sold separately.

Does the IN 10 have any anti-theft features?

Yes, our e-bikes come with essential anti-theft features. The battery is secured with a lock and can only be removed using the key, effectively preventing unauthorized removal.

Why can't I charge it after my first ride?

After riding, the battery may still be warm from use. For safety and optimal performance, it's important to let the battery cool down before charging.

Tip: Wait about 30–60 minutes after your ride before plugging it in. This helps extend battery life and ensures safe charging.

The motorcycle won't start or run. What should I check?

1.Make sure the battery is fully charged. The first charge should be 12 hours; regular charging time is 5–6 hours.
2.Check if any wires or cables are loose or improperly connected to the controller.

The motorcycle starts but runs for a very short time. Why?

1.The battery may not be fully charged.
2.The battery may no longer hold a full charge and might need replacement (average battery life: 1–2 years).
3.Rear tires may not be inflated properly.

The motorcycle has a short travel distance after charging. What's wrong?

1.Battery is not fully charged or battery life is declining.
2.Tires may not be properly inflated.
3.Frequent high-speed riding, uphill travel, heavy braking, or overloading can reduce range.

The motorcycle runs slowly. How can I fix this?

1.Brakes may be too tight—adjust brake tension for smoother operation.
2.The motorcycle may be overloaded (recommended load: ≤ 80 kg).
3.Rear tire pressure may be too low.
4.Avoid heavy braking, excessive acceleration, or steep inclines.

The motor makes noise while running. Is this normal?

1.The chain may be dry—apply chain lubricant regularly.
2.The motorcycle may be overloaded.

How long does shipping take? When will my order been dispatched?

Yozma IN 10 ebikes are shipped from our California warehouse, and delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we are able to securely process payments from American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, JCB, Visa, Venmo, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay thanks to secure payment processing from Stripe. Additionally, we have a financing partnership with Klarna. Be sure to choose Klarna at checkout to apply for financing options for your e-bike to pay over installments.

Do you offer financing?

We are offering financing.You can have direct access to Klarna financing through our partnership with Klarna. Now, you can pay for your next e-bike with installment payments after being approved for financing. Be sure to select Klarna at checkout and you will be taken to their secure payment process. 

How do I change or cancel my order?

Your order can only be canceled before it ships.To cancel the order, please email us: [email protected]. Canceling order requests may not be available during the weekend or holiday.

What if the package is broken/missing?

Due to FedEx's failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures via [email protected], we will solve it for you.

Can I return my order for personal reasons ?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging.For specific fees, please click Return&Refund policy.
